Cancellation Policy
🌟 Online Booking Policy For Honor Thy Royal: Royal Sapio Effective as of May 2, 2025 At Honor Thy Royal: Royal Sapio, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and intentional space for spiritual transformation. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all participants, please review our online booking policy below. 1. Booking Process * All sessions, events, and retreats must be booked through our official website or booking platform. * Full payment (or a deposit, where applicable) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. * Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with event/session details. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule: * Individual Sessions: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the session will receive a full refund or be rescheduled at no cost. * Workshops & Retreats: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund or credit toward a future event. * No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of the booking fee. 3. Late Arrivals Please be on time to honor the sacred space and energy of the group. * Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be admitted, depending on the nature of the session. * No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to lateness. 4. Refunds Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Some services may offer credit-only refunds, which can be used toward future offerings. 5. Group Integrity & Energy Exchange Our gatherings are rooted in mutual respect, presence, and intentionality.
